STEP 3: CONNECTING TV SOURCE

You can connect an RF coaxial cable (sold separately) from

Magi to either a Cable TV or antenna source. Select a TV source

and proceed accordingly.

Option 1

Connect to basic unencrypted Cable TV Source

Option 2

Connect to Antenna Source (Outdoor or Indoor Antenna)

Option 3

Connect to premium Cable TV Source with CableCARD

NOTE: If you have not selected premium Cable TV Source,

then proceed to “Connecting Network”.

STEP 4: INSTALLING CABLECARD

CableCARD is a PCMCIA card that allows access to premium

digital cable programming. CableCARDs are available from

your local cable service provider. It is an optional feature for

Magi. Contact your service provider for more details.

1. Insert the CableCARD properly into the device

2. The CableCARD will need to be paired with your service.

Please refer to your service provider about the instructions

of pairing process.

NOTE: The pairing process may take a few minutes or some-

times a few hours depending on your cable service provider.

If you have not received your premium programming in one

hour, please call your service provider for troubleshooting tips.
